Three events within two days with around 650 prominent guests from business and politics!
It started on Friday at the evening reception at Cruise Center Warnemünde.
The next morning, we continued the talks over a business brunch in the Stadthalle Rostock. This opportunity enabled us to dive deeper into the topics and make valuable contacts. The exchange of ideas and visions was inspiring and showed the potential of cooperation between business and politics.
The crowning finale of the event was a trip on the sailing ships. Our co-founder, Fabian Hölzke, actively helped set sail and enjoyed the fresh breeze of the Baltic Sea. The trip not only offered a breathtaking view, but also the opportunity to have further discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
Special thanks go to Lukas Buschhusen for the invitation and excellent organization of this event. The combination of professional exchange and maritime tradition made “Business meets Hanse Sail 2025" an unforgettable experience.

ITEA PO Days 2025 — Adaept Engineering in Portugal on course for the future
From 16 to 18 September 2025, the leading European community for software and hardware innovation gathered in Lisbon for the ITEA Project Outline Days. With almost 400 representatives from industry, research and politics in attendance, the PO Days are regarded as setting the pace for the next ITEA-funded research projects — and thus as the birthplace of the technologies that will shape the market in five to six years' time.
For Adept Engineering, however, this meeting place has always been more than just a mandatory appointment. It was here that the first ideas for the OPTIMUM project were conceived in 2019, leading to our current architecture for semantic OPC UA data models, which was awarded the ITEA Award of Excellence in 2022. Three years later, we returned with the same pioneering spirit.
